All orders are shipped from the Philippines! (South East Asia)
What's your Shipping Estimates?
All orders are provided with a Tracking #
For Standard Tracked packages:
- Asia: 1-3 weeks
- Everywhere else: 2-8 weeks
For Courier:
- Asia: 4-7 working days
- Everywhere else: 4-10 working days
The estimated shipping times are the estimated amount of time your order will take to get to you AFTER you receive a shipping confirmation.
*Regarding EU VAT rules, due to the Philippines being a developing country and does not meet the requirements for the taxes, it is excepted from the VATs where the EU encourages my country to grow within the economy. Nonetheless please expect any fees or customs you may encounter. The same applies to the UK.
Do you cover Customs/VAT fees?
No I do not have the means to cover any custom fees that your country may have. Please be prepared to pay for it on your own via your own post office, or collection center.
My order has been returned to you. What now?
If your package is returned to me, I can either help you reship it, or give you a refund minus the shipping and a 10% restocking fee. For returned orders and the reason for the returned order are due to the customer's error (wrong address, address mistake, unclaimed from the courier, etc.), a shipping fee for the second shipping attempt will be charged.
My tracking number isn't moving/not updated for months. What happened?
Once the tracking shows that it's "in transit", it means it's boarded the cargo ship, please allow 15-30 business days for any updates. These are common especially once it has arrived in the receiver's country. As it's a long journey from the Philippines to the rest of the world.Kindly contact your local post office to see if there are any issues or a possible update on your package and look out for any delivery attempts and such as I've had previous experiences of the postal returning the package to me without the customer & I's prior knowledge.
